Healthy Smoothie: A Great Way to Get Those Fruits and Veggies In!

Not a person who really likes your fruits and veggies? Try this delicious smoothie!

This is a great way to get your fruits and veggies in! You won’t mind or even know you are drinking something healthy with this delicious recipe!

Triple Berry Smoothie

• ½ cup blackberries
• ½ cup raspberries
• ½ cup strawberries
• ½ cup fresh spinach
• ½ cup Greek Vanilla yogurt
• 1 cup Almond milk

All you have to do is blend all the ingredients in blender and pour into glasses. Makes approximately 2, 10 oz. smoothies. I like to add any supplements such as my protein powder or Collogen Powder to my smoothie too.

You can even make them the night beforehand for a quick, easy breakfast before you get out the door the net morning!
